  • How should I prepare my home before your crew arrives?

    To ensure optimal cleaning results, we recommend the following preparations: secure a parking spot near the cleaning area, ensure access to an outdoor water faucet, activate utilities in vacant homes, cool the house beforehand, remove fragile items and small furniture, vacuum carpets and sweep hard surfaces, lift draperies and bed skirts, set indoor temperature to about 68°F, improve air circulation, secure pets away from the work area, and identify any specific stains or areas of concern.

    Our service hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, and Saturday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, with the possibility of Saturday afternoon appointments if morning slots are filled. Our office hours differ: Monday through Thursday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday & Saturday by appointment. For rug drop-offs, please schedule an appointment to ensure staff availability.
