Judy co-founded Brightway Carpet Cleaning alongside her late husband Mel. Judy has been on the board of the BBB to educate the public on how to choose a “good carpet cleaner” and how to avoid the “Bait and Switch” carpet cleaning companies. She also was instrumental in starting the Houston Carpet Cleaners Association and served two terms as the only female President. She is still active in contributing to the community and networking.
Kevin has over 30 years’ experience in the carpet business. He is our go-to guy. He stays busy giving estimates, marketing, managing maintenance of our trucks, inventory and supervising the technicians. His knowledge of area rugs is one of the reasons we specialize in area rug cleaning. Since he wears several hats in our company, we refer to him as “Team Kevin”.
DENISE LACEY-ACCOUNTANT/OFFICE MANAGER
Denise joined our family in 2000 through marriage of the owner’s nephew Tad, who also worked for us for over 25 years until his passing. She is proficient in QuickBooks, Payroll, Sales Tax and Multi-tasking. She is essential in running the office of Brightway. She has her hands full with marketing, social media, accounting, answering phones, scheduling appointments, keeping up with the technicians and anything else that pops up.
Jake is our youngster, but don’t let his age fool you, he knows his business. He goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are happy, and his GREAT reviews prove it.
Kyle is the quiet one, however he knows what he is doing. He goes in and gets the job done right. Our customers have nothing but great things to say about his work and work ethics.
